MERIT HOME CARE SERVICES

Merit home care services provides care and assistance to those who by nature of age illness or disability have difficulty with the routine activities of a daily life. We aim to provide a professional, yet friendly service as an extension of family care for people in their own home

Our services include: support before and after hospitalisation; family relief; domestic care; companionship; home help; personal care.

After an assignment has started, an assessment by a Team Leader will be made to verify that the service users needs and requirements are being met. This ensures that any special requirements are within the capability of the care worker.  We will, where possible, match a carer to a service user. We will make sure that the care the service user needs is being fulfilled.

All of the carers employed by us are vetted and references applied for from previous employers.  This is a code of practice and is also company policy.

Our insurance policy covers the carers fully while they are in the service users home as long as they adhere to the tasks assigned to them.
